Story
My story began as a pipe welder, building a career in the trades and overcoming the challenges that came with finding my place in an industry built on grit, precision, and resilience.
Over time, I began to see steel differently. What had always been a material of industry became a medium for expression. Through art, I found beauty in my craft again—and discovered a way to bring together the strength that shaped me with the creativity that had always been a part of me.
That evolution became Studio Kristina.
Today, my work lives where industrial craftsmanship meets fine art. Through cutting, fabrication, and sculpture, I transform steel into pieces that explore strength, beauty, movement, and the human form. Each piece is created by hand, carrying with it the marks of the process and the story behind it.
